The STIHL® FS 45 C-E Petrol Linetrimmer is a compact, powerful, lightweight, and easy-to-use trimmer designed for tasks such as trimming and lawn edging around your home and smaller gardens. This model combines all the features of the STIHL® FS 38 with the added benefit of increased power and the STIHL® ErgoStart™ easy starting technology, allowing it to start with a light pull of the starter cord. Equipped with the AutoCut® 6-2 Cutting head, this trimmer simplifies the reloading of the nylon line with its easy-feed mowing head and comfortable grip. It also includes a loop handle, further enhancing control and maneuverability, especially in tight spaces during trimming.

The required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. An additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.
• COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the Master Control Lever™ single-handed multi-function handle, you can control your power tool easily and reliably with one hand. Because all relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, it can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users.
• FOR FEWER STARTING STROKES. The manual fuel pump reduces the number of strokes required to start the power tool, making the start-up process quicker and easier. This is particularly helpful after longer breaks in operation. To use it, actuate the pump several times before starting. This will ensure that there is enough petrol in the carburettor when starting.
